Submission Guidelines
Please read through the following instructions before submitting your paper.
Paper Preparation
- Please submit your paper in PDF.
- Be sure the paper contains original material.
- Papers should not have been published or be forthcoming.
Submission
- Please submit your paper using the link on the AES website
- The paper submission deadline is January 31st, 2026.
- Submissions can be single-blind or double-blind.
Decision
- Acceptance/rejection notifications will be sent out by March 31st, 2026.
- We encourage authors of accepted papers to volunteer to be a discussant.
Presentations
Authors will have 30 minutes for presentation, which is followed by 15 minutes of discussion.
*Session chairs may adjust this allocation as they see appropriate.
Reviews
Each submission will be reviewed by scientific committee members and potential qualified outside reviewers within the area of specialty of the submission.
