Duke University and the University of North Carolina are organizing the UNC-Duke Corporate Finance Conference. Our biannual Corporate Finance Conference is designed to bring together scholars in the field. The main goal of the conference is to exchange ideas and to discuss original research in corporate finance. The organizers of the conference are Manuel Adelino, Aymeric Bellon, Abhinav Gupta, Elena Simintzi, and Melanie Wallskog.
